old friends

i got back from seeing one of my best friends. i met her in kindergarten, and i can't believe that this year is our ten year reunion from graduating highschool. i think it's wonderful to have a friend who you have shared so much together.

sometimes i feel like we have grown apart with the distance and it does make me sad. but when i see her, it just feels like everything picks right back up where we left off. its so funny, her and i are so different on so many levels.. physically and even to the things that we just enjoy doing ... but something keeps us together. its odd. but i think its wonderful.
